Mission: As IT Support you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support. You will work proactively to identify and resolve issues, with the goal of continuously improving customer satisfaction.
Our ideal profile has a strong customer orientation, dynamism and proactivity, as well as an agile mindset:
- Solid knowledge and demonstrable experience in SQL.
- Relational database: ORACLE
- Operating Systems: Microsoft Windows / Windows Server
- Tools: SQL Developer, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams…).
Time availability:
- Morning shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Afternoon shift from 14:00 to 22:00
Our selection process includes:
