YOU, AT THE CENTER

At K-LAGAN we care about your professional growth and your career path. During your life at the company, you will have many interactions and follow-up with different departments. We want to know what worries you, what your professional goals are and, above all, how we can grow together.

Manager and Client Follow Up

You will have the initial one during onboarding, and then one per quarter. In this meeting, the progress of the project and the next steps will be evaluated with your manager and the client.

Follow up HR

You will have a meeting in the first quarter of after you join, and another one after 6 to 9 months. The goal is that your first contact at K-LAGAN (TAS) can help you with your incorporation and communicate if there is anything you would like to improve.

Onboarding Evaluation

It will be your first contact with the Careers Service. In this meeting, you will talk about your onboarding process impressions, your aspirations company and if you need any training to reach the desired future position.

Performance Evolution

It is an annual meeting that you have with your manager to take stock of the entire year and set new goals. At K-LAGAN we are committed to career evolution, and we want to offer you different types of mobility (vertical, horizontal, geographical and corporate services).

Work environment Survey

An annual survey to mesure our workers’ degree of job satisfaction. The results enable us to take concrete actions to improve working conditions and environment.
