🚀 K-LAGAN begins a new chapter of growth
As part of the roadmap set out in our 2030 Strategic Plan, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Daniel Iglesias as the new CEO of K-LAGAN.
With more than 25 years of experience leading internationally recognised technology and engineering organisations, Daniel has held senior executive positions at companies including Altran and Capgemini Engineering.
His appointment strengthens our leadership team as we enter the next phase of our growth journey, helping us accelerate our ambitions, enhance execution, and continue building a stronger organisation.
At the same time, Karim Gandara will assume the role of President of K-LAGAN, where he will continue to drive the company’s long-term strategic vision, foster new business opportunities, and support the continued evolution of our organisation.
This new chapter combines the vision, values, and DNA that have defined K-LAGAN from the very beginning with a strengthened leadership structure designed to help us achieve the goals of our 2030 Strategic Plan.

| Who is Daniel Iglesias? Daniel Iglesias holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the Technical University of Madrid and an Executive MBA from IE Business School. He brings more than 25 years of experience leading the growth, transformation, and management of internationally recognised technology and engineering companies. Throughout his career, Daniel has held senior executive positions at organisations including Altran and Capgemini Engineering, where he has led business operations, organisational transformation, international expansion, and the management of large teams and strategic client accounts. His areas of expertise include: Business leadership and scalable growth Organisational transformation Operations and strategic execution International business development Key account management across major industrial sectors In 2018, Daniel was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Altran Spain. He later became Managing Director and Vice President of Capgemini Engineering Spain, where he led the integration and continued development of one of the industry’s leading engineering organisations Before joining K-LAGAN, Daniel served as Managing Director of Alor. Daniel’s appointment represents a strategic step forward for K-LAGAN, strengthening our leadership team and reinforcing our ability to deliver sustainable growth, sharper execution, and the capabilities needed to achieve our ambitions for the years ahead. |
