Last week, we were in Niort for Agile Niort 2026, two inspiring days connecting with Agile leaders and teams ready to go beyond frameworks and focus on real impact.

We brought our QA-Agile game, Bugs End, to the experience, encouraging reflection, challenging habits, and reinforcing what a true Agile mindset looks like in action.
