🎯 Your Mission
As a Data Analyst, your mission will be to extract, process, and analyze large volumes of data to generate actionable insights, contributing to business growth and people development while aligning your work with the company’s strategy.

📌 What will you do day to day?

• Design and maintain dashboards: Create and optimize interactive visualizations that enable stakeholders to monitor key KPIs in real time
• Exploratory analysis: Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data to answer complex business questions
• Data quality and cleansing: Ensure data integrity through continuous cleansing and validation processes
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to understand their needs and provide analytical support
• Reporting automation: Optimize recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors

🧩 Requirements

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related analytical field
• 2 to 4 years of previous experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), and Python for statistical analysis
• English level B2/C1 with the ability to work in international environments
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
