🎯 Your Mission

As a Data Engineer, your mission will be to build and maintain pipelines that ensure data is delivered reliably, cleanly, and efficiently from its source to the people who need it to make decisions, contributing to business and people development while aligning your work with the company’s strategy.

📌 What will you do day to day?

• Design, develop, and maintain data architectures (Data Lakes and Data Warehouses)
• Build complex ETL processes for data ingestion and transformation from multiple sources
• Optimize query performance and ensure data integrity
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Analysts to provide analysis-ready datasets
• Implement DataOps and CI/CD best practices for data environments

🧩 Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields
• Around 4 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in similar roles

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Python and expert-level SQL
• Experience with Big Data frameworks
• Solid experience working in cloud environments (Azure, AWS)
• Experience with orchestration tools
• Knowledge of modern Data Warehouses such as Snowflake or BigQuery
• Experience with containers (Docker/Kubernetes) and version control systems (Git)
• Strong skills in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, with proven experience handling large-scale datasets and data warehousing concepts
• High level of English (C1)

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience with real-time streaming architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Agile mindset and experience working in collaborative environments
